FREDDY DIXON IN CONCERT AT THE RIDEAU CANAL MUSEUM
The Rideau Canal Museum proudly presents Country Music Hall of Fame
Entertainer of the Year, Freddy Dixon, in concert Saturday, October 25.
Joining him will be the Roots Revival Band, as well as special guest,
Canadian Country Music Association Guitar Player of the Year from 1990 to
1993, Steve Piticco.
Freddy Dixon is a high-energy entertainer who has fronted shows for
Rompin’ Ronnie Hawkins, Stompin’ Tom Connors, Bobby Bare, Dave Dudley and
Lynn Anderson. He has 10 CDs to his credit, and has charted across Canada
and Europe.
Saturday, October 25, Dixon will take the stage at the Rideau Canal Museum
for a special concert to promote his new CD. Tickets are only $15.00
each, and can be purchased at Shadowfax or Front Line Music in Perth, and
Scott’s Corner Store or the Rideau Canal Museum in Smiths Falls. Tickets
are limited. Doors open at 7:00 p.m. and the concert will begin at 8:00
p.m.
