It's a tough choice since one of the attractions of the Rideau is the varied experience it offers. Beautiful Kingston Mills, marsh lands up to Lower Brewers, rockier terrains of the Frontenac Axis, the beautiful southern Rideau Lakes, the vast expanses of Upper, Big and Lower Rideau lakes, the winding river course up to historic Merrickville, the Long Reach which leads to the more urbanized environments. The choices are somewhat arbitrary since Bravenet polls are limited to 10 choices. To make a selection, simply click in the box of your choice (a checkmark will appear) and then click on the "Vote" button. |
How do you explore the Rideau - in a cruiser, on a boat you've trailered in, by canoe or kayak, by car, bicycle, or in your armchair by touring this website? I ran a similar poll in 2001, so it will be interesting to compare the results To make a selection, simply click in the box of your choice (a checkmark will appear) and then click on the "Vote" button. |
