| Sometimes in the winter, a hole will appear in the ice, often with a bunch of aquatic vegetation piled up beside it. The beast that created this hole will have been a muskrat. If you are quiet and take a few moments to watch, you might catch it at the edge of the hole - doing whatever muskrats like to do. |
