| Imagine growing up with the unflattering name of "Black Rat Snake" and you would take on a defensive posture too. In this case the snake is curled up because I'm getting just a tad too close with the camera. This snake would rather run away than face a human so they are not all that common to see. They grow to about a metre in length. This one is a full sized adult. |
