| If you're near shore and very quiet, you just might see a deer. This mother and her two fawns came to the waterfront, perhaps for a drink, or perhaps for a munch on some succulent greens. Deer are common in the Rideau area. The combination of forests with lots of open fields makes for ideal deer habitat. |
